If you think someone could be having a heart attack or stroke, CALL 911 immediately! Signs and symptoms include:
HEART ATTACK
- Pain, tightness, heaviness, or pressure in the chest
- Trouble breathing
- Nausea or vomiting
- Pale, sweaty skin
STROKE
- Slurred speach or trouble speaking
- Facial drooping
- Weakness or paralysis on one side of the body
- Confusion
- Visual changes (blurred vision, double vision, sudden blindness in one eye)
- Sudden, severe headache
- Loss of coordination
